ArcGIS 9.3.1 – What’s New?
Charles Kennelly, CTO at ESRI (UK) introduced you to the new capabilities and performance enhancements available with ArcGIS 9.3.1. He will also discuss how the changes in licensing for ArcGIS Server will enable you to get more functionality, at less cost.

Scott Tansley from the ESRI (UK) Technical Solutions Group talked through the key new features of ArcGIS 9.3.1. His demonstration will focus on how you can use this new release to more easily share your GIS data, maps and applications and show you how to get started with the new tools available for high-performance dynamic map publishing. He will also look at enhanced support available for developers and provide you with an overview of the new ArcGIS API for Microsoft Silverlight.
