GIS is making a difference
Throughout the UK, Esri’s ArcGIS geographic information system (GIS) technology is making a difference.
In some organisations, it is improving the efficiency of mobile teams by giving them the ability to access, collect and share data in the field. In others, it is revealing fresh insight into complex issues and putting better information into the hands of decision makers. Many more are using GIS to engage with communities and the general public and improve understanding. Whether you work in a small start-up, a large enterprise, a not-for-profit organisation or a public sector body, we want to celebrate how GIS is making a difference for you.
Let's celebrate your success
Esri UK is once again inviting its customers to enter its annual Customer Success Awards programme and share their stories about their achievements with ArcGIS. The shortlist and winners will be announced during the closing plenary at the Esri UK Annual Conference 2024, in front of thousands of GIS professionals and business leaders from around the country.

Proud to be recognised for the work we do
"Winning an Esri UK Customer Success Award has meant a huge amount to the team at Transport for West Midlands. We were able to support the hosting of the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, and the ArcGIS system enabled us to capture and manage incidents with our partners during the event, which we have since built upon and continue to use successfully after the Games. Winning an award relating to this project means we have done a fantastic job, which the team are really proud and showcases how we have delivered for citizens, businesses and visitors for the region. Having our story showcased to thousands of GIS enthusiasts at the Annual Conference and then stepping onto the stage to accept our award was truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you Esri UK for the opportunity to be part of the Customer Success Awards.”
