Real Time Earthquakes View this ArcGIS Online map that show real time locations of recent Earthquakes, produced by the Esri UK Schools Team. At School we all learned about volcanoes, plate tectonics and earthquakes and how the geographic relationship between these geological entities shape our world. We probably had paper text books with complicated diagrams and charts! Today pupils can interact with this ArcGIS Online application which uses a real time data feed to display earthquakes in the last 7 days with a magnitude greater than 2.5. |
