SpaceCurve to Demonstrate Petabyte-Scale Geospatial Data Hub, ArcGIS Integration in National Security Showcase at Esri UC
SpaceCurve-ArcGIS Native Connector Jointly Developed with Esri, Unveiled Onstage at DIA Innovation Symposium 2014
SAN DIEGO (2014 Esri International User Conference)—July 14, 2014—SpaceCurve™, the creator of the world’s first petabyte-scale geospatial data hub, is exhibiting in the National Security Showcase at Esri UC, July 15 to 18 in San Diego. SpaceCurve will demonstrate a new native SpaceCurve-ArcGIS connector that was jointly developed with Esri, and unveiled at last month’s Defense Intelligence Agency Innovation Symposium 2014. In an onstage presentation at the DIA Innovation Symposium, SpaceCurve and Esri representatives demonstrated how defense and intelligence organizations can use the joint solution to create real-time common operating pictures and gain immediately actionable insights from petabytes of streaming geospatial data.
This week, at booth N224 in the National Security Showcase at Esri UC, SpaceCurve will demonstrate how geospatial data from many devices and locations can be used to identify people and locations of interest in real time. The demonstration will include SpaceCurve immediately indexing and storing billions of geospatial records and ArcGIS visualizing query results on those records in near real time.
SpaceCurve is the first geospatial data hub purpose-built to process unlimited varieties of data at petabyte scales in real time. The hub eliminates barriers created when information is contained in silos across different systems, departments and organizations. With SpaceCurve, data from thousands of sources can be indexed, stored and organized into a seamless global model of reality and immediately provided to other applications and platforms for analysis and visualization. The SpaceCurve hub easily integrates into existing enterprise data environments, works with Hadoop, Spark and other open-source technologies, and supports standard interfaces such as SQL, REST/JSON and ArcGIS.
SpaceCurve was recently selected by the Defense Intelligence Agency as one of eight Alpha participants in the DIA Gateway and Government Cloud environments, and by the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) for its Industry Interaction Program (IIP).
