These services are supplied through a dedicated and highly trained support team who possess considerable knowledge of all ESRI products and their application in a range of customer environments. This team follows strict quality standards in the delivery of its services to our customers. The level of service is regularly tested through customer surveys and this feedback is used to extend and enhance the service further. Where appropriate the ESRI (UK) support team can draw on further expertise from the Consultancy Services team and ESRI International Support based in Redlands, California. The team is kept up-to-date with latest products and applications through an extensive and comprehensive training programme. |
