Who are Technical Support

Esri UK Technical Support is a dedicated team of Support Analysts who are experienced users of ESRI software.  Our Support Analysts are able to provide advice related to the installation or operation of our GIS products that will enable the customer to swiftly overcome most problems and therefore minimise downtime.

The Support Team’s extensive knowledge and experience is supplemented by Esri UK’s consultancy team that includes technical specialist and development personnel. The analysts can also advise on the training and consultancy services offered by Esri UK, should this be the most appropriate way to provide the level of assistance required. The Support Analysts liaise with ESRI Redlands international support team for technical advice and to report defects or enhancement requests that will be considered when developing the next release of a product.
