Q: How do I upgrade ProductivitySuite to a new version?
A: If the user is upgrading to ProductivitySuite v3.4.3 the installer will automatically uninstall any previous versions of the software as part of the installation process. For older versions of the software, the user will be required to first manually uninstall the old version of the software via the Control Panel utility, before proceeding with the installation of the new version of ProductivitySuite (ensuring compatibility with the version of ArcGIS for Desktop installed).
Q: After I upgrade ProductivitySuite, do I need a new licence file?
A: No, license files for ProductivitySuite are not version specific. As long as the current license file remains valid, there is no need to obtain a new one.

A. The Locator toolbar was removed from ProductivitySuite in version 3.0, July 2012. This was in line with the decommission of MapsDirect gazetter service and the earlier retirement of GazOps (the underlying gazetteering product it was designed to connect to).
