Understanding the ArcGIS Web APIs
The ArcGIS Web APIs make it easier than ever for developers to build Web applications with high quality, high performance geographic information and GIS capabilities.
On 27 August, Sarah Lewin, Technology Manager for ESRI (UK)'s Technical Solutions Group, discussed the benefits and features of the ArcGIS Web APIs and look at the options that need to be considered when selecting the API that is right for you and your organisation. ArcGIS developer, Mark Wells walked through a series of live demos, and review the key features of the Web APIs including the new Microsoft Silverlight API.
