Accessibility & Inclusivity
The QEII Centre is committed to providing access to all. All staff are trained to provide assistance to visitors with limited mobility as well as other disabilities or needs.
- Disabled drivers
Blue badge holders are permitted to park on the QEII Centre forecourt free of charge. Parking in this location is subject to availability so please call ahead on +44 20 7798 4016 to enquire. - Induction Loops
Most of the rooms have permanent induction loops for the audio impaired, and in the remainder, they can be fitted by the QEII staff. - Assistance and Guide Dogs
You are welcome to bring your guide dog, hearing dog or other assistance dog into the QEII Centre. - Disabled Toilet Facilities
There are accessible toilet facilities throughout the QEII Centre. These are equipped with emergency alarms and can be accessed from all of our rooms by using lifts where necessary.

- Gender Neutral Toilets
Gender neutral toilets are located on the 2nd floor next to the Albert and Victoria rooms and also on the 6th floor next to the Mountbatten lobby. - Prayer Rooms
There will be two prayer rooms available on the day. The male prayer room will be on 4th floor (room 4/37, outside Westminster) and the female prayer room will be on 6th floor (room 6/1, outside Mountbatten). Please note there is no running water to these rooms. - Silent Room
Conferences can be overwhelming so there will be a Silent space available in the Byron room on the 4th floor, where you can have a quiet moment should you need it.
