10:10 - The ArcGIS Platform

Hear how the latest developments of the ArcGIS Platform have moved from the desktop and servers to provide location based solutions such as ArcGIS Urban and ArcGIS Indoors. The latest, integrated field based solutions will be discussed together with the many applications, templates and contents which are available as part of the ArcGIS Platform.

Presentations and demonstrations of some of the most recent Esri developments providing users with fully integrated desktop, data capture and field based applications. Also learn about the next generation of Esri Ordnance Survey data loading applications.

Collector for ArcGIS comes into its own in challenging rural locations
Working out in the field collecting data across a variety of rural locations can be challenging to say the least. Natural Resources Wales has embarked on a proof of concept to analyse the use of Collector for ArcGIS in relation to mobile working and the capture of spatial data in the great outdoors.

TACP have been using the ArcGIS Online platform to facilitate field collection, analysis and presentation of environmental data across a range of projects in the UK. From reptile surveys to analysis of cycling demand, Tim Wroblewski presents how TACP have been using the ArcGIS Online platform.

The Story Maps template has become a great way of sharing information with colleagues, friends and the general public. Learn how to create a Story Map from scratch and publish it to the wider audience. This hands-on session will guide you through the process required and provide helpful hints on the way.

An interactive workshop aimed at highlighting the benefits of, and perceived barriers to, data sharing, collaboration and citizen engagement.  The workshop will highlight ArcGIS Platform capabilities that can support your data sharing, collaboration and citizen engagement needs.

A roundtable question and answer discussion with Esri staff members. Please come prepared with your questions about the use of Esri applications.
