ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6

Share custom analytics

Exclusive for ArcGIS Enterprise, custom web tools allow you to expand the standard analysis tool palette in your ArcGIS Enterprise portal. Now you can make custom analytics (such as modelling, aggregation, and routing) accessible and easy to use for your entire organisation.

Declutter your web maps

Point clustering is a new rendering tool for smart mapping that automatically clusters data points that have a close geographic proximity. This out-of-the-box renderer allows you to see general trends when zoomed out and exact data points when zoomed in.

Replicate content among portals

Distributed collaboration allows you to securely share content to other Web GIS portals—between ArcGIS Enterprise portals and even to ArcGIS Online. At ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6, we added the ability to replicate content between two or more ArcGIS Enterprise portals. You will now be able to save the time it takes to republish content or manage separate sources of your web maps, layers, and other content.

Discover new ways to use the cloud

If you thought the cloud was only to lift and shift your deployment into new infrastructure, think again. ArcGIS Enterprise helps you take advantage of cloud-native functionality so you can be more efficient than with traditional on-premises infrastructure. With ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6, you can now generate and serve map and image service caches from cloud stores such as Amazon S3 and Azure Storage.

Add Viewers at no cost

As of 1st January, 2018, all ArcGIS Enterprise Standard and Advanced customers are eligible to add Viewers (Level 1 Named Users) at no additional cost. This enables administrators to provide viewer-level access to everyone in your organisation who needs to view secured layers, maps, apps, and services within ArcGIS Enterprise.
