Optimise your service areas

Using ArcGIS Online you can build an accurate picture of your service areas, by modelling demand against field staff locations and calculating drive times to customers.   • Add your service area

    The ArcGIS Living Atlas, accessible within ArcGIS Online, holds thousands of Esri curated datasets from authoritative organisations. Search for 'Counties 2019' to find the latest official data from the Office for National Statistics. Use the filter option to show your desired boundary

  • Add your own data

    ArcGIS Online enables you to view your .csv data quickly. Simply drag and drop your customer locations, current staff locations, and potential new staff locations onto the map. If you don't have your own data to hand, download our demo .csv files

  • Run Analysis

    ArcGIS Online offers a wealth of analysis tools. Using the Create Drive-Time Areas tool, customers who can't be reached within 15 minutes (made accurate with live traffic data) can be identified. Then, using the Choose Best Facilities tool (maximum coverage option), you can calculate the best new staff location to better serve customers

  • Share your map
