ArcMap will become unsupported in March 2026. This follows a two year period, starting 1st of March 2024, of mature support for the final version.
We encourage all our users to migrate to ArcGIS Pro as the next generation desktop software. To make the transition to ArcGIS Pro easier, guidance is on hand to support you on your migration journey. ArcGIS Pro is the superior tool for GIS professionals, and in the age of web GIS, offers advanced capabilities allowing you to work faster and more efficiently.
ArcGIS Pro contains all of ArcMap’s major functionality, allowing for most workflows to be achieved in Pro exclusively. A few tools are not available and you can find out more here.
