What graduate jobs do we typically offer?
Esri UK Graduate Programme - Graduate GIS Consultants
Starting every September and based in Aylesbury, you will gain experience across key departments in our business, spending several months at a time in each, including Technical Support, Presales, Internal Sales, Marketing, Localisation, Content and Professional Services.
Given unrivalled training, you will be able to learn more about our products whilst also doing ‘real work’, speaking with customers and working in roles and on projects that make a real difference to our success. Once the two-year programme is completed, your future is secure as we will work with you to find the best permanent role for you within our organisation.
Esri Ireland also run a graduate programme every two years.
Technical Support - Junior Support Analyst
Assisting our customers by understanding and troubleshooting their technical issues. Working with internal and external experts to solve problems with ArcGIS, you will develop a wide range of technical skills and become a customer service expert.
Graduate Developer / Graduate GIS Developer
We have opportunities across our business for Graduate Developers to join us (GIS experience is not essential).
Technical Pre-Sales - Junior Customer Success Consultant
Supporting our Sales Team, you will be providing technical expertise and demos of ArcGIS to new and existing customers, specialising in the use of GIS for specific industries and domains.
ArcGIS Localisation and Content - Junior Consultant
Helping support the use and adoption of ArcGIS in the UK by providing localised content and software products to reduce the barriers to getting started.
Sales Development Representative, Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager
In all our graduate sales roles you will help new and existing customers to successfully use ArcGIS by ensuring they have the right products from our portfolio. Knowledge of GIS is not essential providing you have the confidence to talk and listen to our customers and recommend the best solutions to help them get the best out of our products.
Professional Services - Graduate / Academy GIS Consultant
Whilst developing your skills you will work on a variety of customer projects from installing and configuring ArcGIS, to creating web applications and performing geospatial analysis. We tailor your time on the programme to align with your career goals, allowing you to develop the skills you need to progress and grow your career within the company.
Marketing - Product Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive
You will be involved in many aspects of marketing, including working on campaigns to launch new products and solutions to market, generating interest for the Sales team to follow up.
