The standard commitment term is three years. However, if your organisation has special circumstances, please contact your Esri account manager or contact sales.

Each EA has a designated number of authorised technical support callers, who are individuals within your organisation. These authorised callers are designated to contact Esri and request technical support on behalf of an organisation.

What areas of support are covered?

  • Technical support corresponding to the respective product life cycle phase, as defined by the Maintenance and Support Agreement
  • Installation, licensing, and configuration of Esri software on environments that meet the software system requirements
  • Usage and understanding of documented software functionalities and workflows
  • Troubleshooting failures, errors, performance issues, crashes, or unexpected behaviour
  • Providing documented samples and code snippets to support customisation and development
