Esri supports more than 13,000 organisations through the Nonprofit Programme. It serves tens of thousands of GIS users across 126 countries who are applying GIS to make the world a better place. From hunger and poverty to arts and culture, economic development to conservation, programme members are taking a geographic approach to solving complex problems and creating positive impacts.

Esri launched the Nonprofit Programme in 2010 to help organisations use GIS for good and maximise positive impacts on people and the planet. Organisations around the world apply Esri's technology to understand and address important challenges such as climate change, supply chain resilience, public health, and social equity. Make sure this is the right programme for you

The Esri Nonprofit Programme is designed to provide qualified nonprofit organisations with access to GIS software, solutions, and training for their organisation at a significantly discounted administrative fee. This is a global programme that is open to organisations of all sizes. Applications will undergo review that considers their legal status along with their mission and the kind of work they do. In the United Kingdom, in general eligible organisations are those that focus on conservation, humanitarian, and community service missions. They do not need to have a registered charity ID.
