In using the Service you agree that you will not post Content that falls into any of the following categories:

  • Adult content, including Content which is sexually suggestive or which contains nudity or any type of sexual activity;
  • Hate speech, including Content that promotes hate or violence towards groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status or sexual orientation/gender identity;
  • Shocking or graphic Content, including close up images or accounts of deaths or accidents;
  • Violence, including Content which is threatening (whether against a person or entity) or which encourages others to take any type of violent action;
  • Any personal or confidential information of any other person or entity;
  • Any Content in which you intend to mislead or confuse others as to your true identity, including but not limited to Content which purports to be from an individual or organisation other than yourself or an organisation for which you are authorised to make available such Content;
  • Content which promotes or encourages participation in dangerous or illegal activities;
  • Content which amounts to spam, including but not limited to Content which drives traffic to your own website or that of a third party, or which is intended to increase the popularity of a site in search listings;
  • Content containing malware, viruses, Trojan horses, pop ups or any other similar Content (including any which may cause the installation or attempted installation of malicious code or content on ESRI (UK)’s or any user’s machines).

Enforcement of Content Policy

If you encounter Content that you believe violates our Content Policy, please report it to us by following the “Contact Us” details on our website, and we will review your complaint. If the Content does not violate the Content Policy we will not take any action. If we find that Content does violate the Content Policy we take one or more of the following actions depending on the severity of the violation:

  • Delete the Content
  • Disable the user’s access to posting Content
  • Report the user to the police or relevant authorities
