Esri Ireland Named One of the Best Workplaces in Ireland for the 2nd Consecutive Year

As a company dedicated to building trust in every relationship throughout its organisation, Esri Ireland is delighted to announce that they have been officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland in 2018. Esri Ireland were recognised at the annual Great Place to Work Best Workplaces in Ireland awards in the Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, Dublin on Wednesday 21st February. This is their 2nd consecutive year to be named as a top Irish workplace, based on the findings of a robust employee survey and a thorough assessment of their policies and practices by the Great Place to Work Institute. Esri Ireland was recognised as the 6th Best Workplaces in Ireland 2018 (Small company category).

We’re now using our Great Place to Work Culture Audit as a tool help us to continue to make Esri Ireland a fun and challenging environment. Our Best Workplaces 2018 award belongs to everyone in Esri Ireland for the fantastic contribution they make to our business and the customers we serve every day”.

Special Achievement Award – Presented to Esri Ireland by An Taoiseach – Leo Varadkar

Esri Ireland also picked up a Special Achievement Award for their Speaking Practice which recognised how they communicated their Great Place to Work results through an interactive Story Map using Esri’s own technology. The interactive map showed the improvements that were made in the areas of communication, career development and performance management. This award was presented to Esri Ireland by An Taoiseach – Leo Varadkar.

In 2018, Great Place to Work® Ireland enters its sixteenth year of recognising great workplaces with the publication of their Best Workplaces in Ireland lists, and the number of workplaces who are realising the benefits of empowering their employees to flourish in a supportive high-trust culture continues to increase.
