You can access UNE for ArcGIS with a free 60 day trial or you can purchase UNE for ArcGIS via the ArcGIS Marketplace. You can also contact us via sales@esriuk.com if you have any further questions.
There are three user types:
UNE Builder: Create new and edit existing UNE apps, share these apps with the intended audience, and edit data within UNE apps created by themselves or other UNE builders.
UNE Editor: Access, view and query data within UNE Apps that have been shared with them. Edit data within UNE Apps that have been shared with them.
UNE Viewer: Access, view and query data within UNE Apps that have been shared with them. Perform tracing.
Note: An organisation must have at least one UNE Builder User.
UNE for ArcGIS is only available with ArcGIS Enterprise. Pease see the UNE Product Lifecycle for supported versions.
Little training is needed as UNE for ArcGIS is designed to be simple to use and intuitive to any user.
Esri UK supplies help documentation for UNE . This documentation provides help with creating an application, managing an application, and deploying an application. It provides both step-by-step processes as well as tutorials. There are also YouTube videos available via the Esri UK YouTube channel including introductions, demos and case studies.
The Launch Kits are also available. These are designed for customers who have the capability to install Esri Technology with focused support from Esri UK’s Professional Services team or one of our selected partners.

UNE for ArcGIS is designed to support any Utility Network, the tools can be configured to support your individual workflow needs.
Yes, UNE for ArcGIS supports various trace types, including connected, subnetwork, upstream, downstream, and shortest path traces, which can be customised to meet specific requirements.
UNE offers a wide range of customisations.
App design can be customised (using the UNE application builder) to suit the organisation’s business themes.
Custom Locators, Plans and measurements can be implemented as needed.
Advanced customisation possibilities include custom panels, customised start up logic and embedded HTML.
UNE for ArcGIS is designed to work with your organisation’s Utility Network. If you have data you would like to edit that is not within a Utility Network, we would recommend Sweet for ArcGIS. This offers the same editing environment, is configurable, and works with any feature service.
Utility Network functions are not available in a disconnected environment at present.
While UNE can be used within a browser on a tablet device, it is currently not supported for offline workflows on a companion native app for Windows/Android/iOS.
