ArcGIS Online is sold through annual user type licenses that provide access to ArcGIS from anywhere, on any device. If your company does not already have an ArcGIS account, also known as an ArcGIS organisation, you can get access to ArcGIS Online by licensing a Creator, Professional, or Professional Plus user type licence. The cloud infrastructure required to start your ArcGIS Online organisation is included and can be scaled based on your storage and compute needs.

Once you have purchased access to ArcGIS Online, by buying a Creator, Professional, or Professional Plus user type, you will be able to sign in to your ArcGIS Online account.
