Upgrades for Existing ProductivitySuite Customers

How do I install & license ProductivitySuite?

How do I upgrade ProductivitySuite to a new version?
If the user is upgrading to ProductivitySuite v3.4.6 the installer will automatically uninstall any previous versions of the software as part of the installation process. For older versions of the software, the user will be required to first manually uninstall the old version of the software via the Control Panel utility, before proceeding with the installation of the new version of ProductivitySuite (ensuring compatibility with the version of ArcGIS for Desktop installed).
After I upgrade ProductivitySuite, do I need a new licence file?
No, license files for ProductivitySuite are not version specific. As long as the current license file remains valid, there is no need to obtain a new one.
I have received a Licence Information warning that my ProductivitySuite product support has expired, what should I do?
Firstly, it should be noted that the licence file is still valid and will continue to work. The message is to indicate that the organisations' maintenance for the ProductivitySuite software has expired and the organisation will therefore not be eligible for support related to this product until the maintenance is renewed.
Upon renewing the maintenance for ProductivitySuite, a new licence file will automatically be sent to the main contact for your organisation. You should contact them to request a copy of the latest ProductivitySuite license in the first instance.

How can I get help with ProductivitySuite?
All the menus within ProductivitySuite have context sensitive help which is accessed by selecting the Help button.
I receive an error that the software is "Unable to validate Order Number", what do I do?

What Happened to the Locator Toolbar?
The Locator toolbar was removed from ProductivitySuite in version 3.0, July 2012. This was in line with the decommission of MapsDirect gazetter service and the earlier retirement of GazOps (the underlying gazetteering product it was designed to connect to).
Esri UK are happy to announce that the Uniform Gazetteer Add-In is now available from the Downloads page on the ProductivitySuite web pages. The Add-In is compatible with ArcGIS 10.1 and above.
How do I use locators with ProductivitySuite now that the Locator Hub toolbar has been retired?
Since the retirement of the Locator Hub toolbar, customers are advised to use the free Esri UK Online Services toolbar instead: http://www.esriuk.com/content-services/online-content-services/more-information/downloads-and-resources.
