Firstly, it should be noted that the licence file is still valid and will continue to work. The message is to indicate that the organisations' maintenance for the ProductivitySuite software has expired and the organisation will therefore not be eligible for support related to this product until the maintenance is renewed.
Upon renewing the maintenance for ProductivitySuite, a new licence file will automatically be sent to the main contact for your organisation. You should contact them to request a copy of the latest ProductivitySuite license in the first instance.
